I'm not sure how to add Temporary Hit Points if I click a spell that gives Me Only Temporary Hit Points... At least it's not making itself known very easily.

On the (EDIT) Adjust tab you can use the Spell Adjustment for False Life (or Greater False Life if you have Ultimate magic).

Currently Running: Pathfinder Second Edition
Currently Playing:
Pathfinder First Edition, Star Trek Adventures
Former HL Games: D&D 4e & 5e, Mutants & Masterminds 2E & 3E, Savage Worlds

Is that the only way to get it? It feels weird that it's not on the In-Play tab, I have to go to the Adjust tab myself...

What spell are you looking to handle with this? In general, spell adjustments are not something Lone Wolf has tackled themselves, though many solutions created by the community have been integrated into the main system.

I have added Ultimate Psionics, and Vigor adds 5 temporary HP per 1 power point you spend... so I Can use the False Life, Greater but if I'm lvl 12 and I spend 12 PP, I get 60 Temp HP for 12 minutes. and False Life, Greater only goes up to 40 XD.

I would just go to adjust - add adjustment (last part) and add 'hit points' - change the value to what you need - check or uncheck as needed.

The 'temporary' designation doesn't really change them from hit points - and being an adjustment you can click it on or off so they are 'temporary'

So probably just have multiples of the spell effect that I Check into it being on/off and then when I take damage just subtract the damage from the THP... kk :P... I was going to ask the same about AC... but they actually have the Option for plain AC temporary boosts... Wish it was the same for TPH.
