Guarenteed to work properly this time. Honest.

Breaking new records for the number of new files released within the space
of 2 weeks, this version corrects the rather major bug of Space Marine
command squads not appearing. Happily this was only partly due to me not
paying attention to the changes I make - it should have worked, but
unfortunately the documentation was wrong. That's my story and I'm sticking
to it.

Enough of my blethering.

CHANGES THIS VERSION

Space Marines:
Command Squads now work properly. (!)

Chaos:
The Aspiring Champion for Cult Terminators now has his Strength and Attacks
restricted properly.
Stealth Adept can only be taken by the Night Lords.
Emperor's Children Noise Marine Terminator ranged weapons now work properly.

Feral Orks:
Cyboars taken for Boarboy squads now appear properly.

Sisters of Battle:
You can no longer take Battle Sisters squads as Fast Attack choices.
Corrected the Axe of Retribution description.
The Veteran Celestian Superior now only gets 1 Bolter / Bolt Pistol & CCW
option.
Added the '100 points of wargear' limit to more characters.
In the Celestian Bodyguard, characters (such as the Sisters Dialogus) now
get the improved Celestian stats.

Harlequins:
Wraithlords now count as Elite when taken as allies by other armies.

Dark Eldar:
Clarified the Scaling Nets description.
