Just wondering if there is an outage schedule, the site was down yesterday during my game and it appears to be down again (9/2 at noon). Just wondering if it is just my bad luck or something with my browser?
I did check the customer support wiki and I do not see anything. also is there a discord I should be following? |

Yeah, there was the release of Secrets of Magic that went out today right about that time.

There is supposed to be a toast message or other notification prior to (usually a day or two) schedule outrages. If you didn't see that, it's probably best to file a bug report. You might add something about putting a message outside of the tool that is still accessible.

Has there been any announcement about the continuing outage? The site hasn't been loading all day.

Hero Lab Online has been loading for us all day, and I checked it again just now without problem. Have you tried clearing your browser cache, or a different browser?

Looks like it had created a character with a bad internal id that had lsot connection to its game system and wouldn't load.
logging in on a different browser, opening the bad character and then cut and pasting the url to the other browser appears to have fixed. In case it matters -- a newly created PF2 Magus caused the problem, and was defaulting to SF rule set when I first was able to log in, but also was forced to re-select the game system after opening the character. |

Sounds like a bug, all right. Glad you got it sorted.
