Problems with "install license" feature

I tried to install second license of my armybuilder on my "work" computer, but apparently it does not works.
With the 1st license, on my home-pc, all is ok, up and running.

The status of my 2nd license is: This License Must Be Reassigned

And this is the message that appears every time I launch armybuilder

It says "go to license menu and select "install license"... but there is not "install license" voice in license menu.
What can I do to make my 2nd license working?

It's strange because it shows this message from the first time I install the license on my work pc!
