How does one spend EXP to level up? Why is it automatically leveling my character when I get enough exp and keeping a total exp count?
I did submit a bug, but have not recieved an email... |

You need to put PF2-specific questions in the PF2 forum.
If HLO is automatically leveling up your character, what is the specific issue? The specific issue is that it is running a tally of the EXP earned instead of what exp the character currently has. There is no table in PF2 to go by as to when one gains a level, it is always at 12 xp in PFS, or 1000 xp in a regular game.

Oh, I see. HLO isn't resetting the XP count at each level the way Second Edition does, it's keeping a running total the way PF1 does.
(My groups generally use Story-Based Leveling in our games, so I missed that until now.)
