Variable Power with a Power Configuration that has an attack power (Damage) does not properly apply power level limits when printing if it is not checked.
For Example:
Hero PL10
Add Variable Power Rank 3:
Add a Power Configuration: Power: Damage 12
Add Hero Fighting 10
When printing with the above variable configuration checked it prints as:
Damage +10 DC 25
When printing with the above Variable configuration not checked it prints as:
Damage +10 DC 27
Notice the second attack breaks PL limits.
