Could you use the stickied "Bug Reports" thread in this forum to report this bug, please? In the meantime, it looks like the workaround will be to use the editor to add a proper version of your class, because it doesn't look like the custom occupation currently supports this.
(Actually, I only tested 7th edition - if this is a 6th edition question, I can check that, too).
