We're planning a combined release of Hero Lab Online and our account login/sales server Wednesday morning (10/10) at around 10am Pacific time. We expect downtime to last up to 20 minutes.
Because the account server is involved, new logins to Realm Works will also be unavailable during this time, as well as sales for both Realm Works and Hero Lab Online.
UPDATE: The account/login sales server is available again but the Hero Lab Online release is taking a little longer than expected. We hope to have it up again in a few more minutes.
UPDATE: Everything is back up again.
