This ended up as a Help Ticket with Lone Wolf. Problem is solved. Here is the solution if anyone has similar problem. It had to do with accidentally working or running as Admin for one instance and changing permissions on files, etc.

Try the following:

1) In Windows Explorer, go to the "c:\Program Files (x86)\Hero Lab" folder. Delete everything in that folder.
2) Is there a "compatibility files" button in the window toolbar? If so, click it, and delete any files in there too.
3) Download and reinstall Hero Lab from our web site

That took care of the problem.
