It is there, just named Slashing Strike, and it works. My Taldan Swashbuckler uses it with his falcata.
I keep forgetting to report the wrong name as a bug, but seeing as the full book will be out in a few weeks (come on August!) it's probably a bit too late for the playtest version to get updated.
