There is a response from Rone in
this thread (post #2) from last month where it is mentioned that the Campaigns/Encounters/Tactical Console features are currently being developed and are hoping to be out "this spring" (so sometime soon, hopefully).
I think the Campaign and Tactical consoles are what would satisfy the features you are asking about. That said, these would be considered core Hero Lab Online features and would be available in all HLO products once released. If that is prior to the PF2 release date all the better.
