Correct. Since purchased content uses the import logic, newer version of purchased content with errata and the like will automatically update existing topics within the realm.
My example was based on the assumption that you purchased ContentX and then wanted to use it within Realm1 and Realm2 right away, which was what it sounded like was being asked.
