To me, it sounds like you made a copy of the whole COM_5ePack_DMG - Equipment.user file, naming it: kynn.user.
This made identical copies of all the items in the COM_5ePack_DMG - Equipment.user file and they are conflicting with the originals since they have the same names.
What you need to do is make a blank file named kynn.user (or something similar) and in that file make a copy of the Periapt of Wound Closure. Give that item a new tag, and make your changes to that item.
Like I said, from the errors listed, it looks like you have duoplicates of all/many of the items in the COM_5ePack_DMG - Equipment.user and they are conflicting with each other.
