Probably the easiest way to do it would be to run two instances of Hero Lab using dummy characters for the villains for the second, and projecting that screen. It requires you to change health conditions twice, but otherwise works for what you need. But yeah, I think Wolf Lair is focusing on Realm Works for such details.
