I don't see that LWD
could do anything like this. That would be a feature of a game system and would need to be included by the data file creator. The product from LWD is one big blank file to build what ever you want so in essence, the base product is exactly what you are asking for.
Also how many blanks would be needed in W40K. One that works in an infantry role, one that works as a flyer, one for Titians, another for fortifications. Just doesn't seam like a reasonable request for work vs benefit. Just launch ABCreator, dupe the profile that is closet to what you want and save it with its new name. Probably be faster than starting with a true blank anyway.
