Not sure when it happened, but I just noticed when making a new character that no matter what his starting Int is he gets no bonus languages. I am not sure if it is from a source I am using or just a random quirk. Anyone else have this issue pop up at all and if so, anyone know of a fix. I have lots of files to go through, so I was hoping to bypass having to disable each thing one at a time if I don't need to. Thanks for any pointers.
