There are spell points in Spheres of Power / Ultimate Spheres of Power.
Those are a point per level in a casting class, plus your casting mod.
Then up to a bonus point, or a point per x levels (as few as 1 per 5) with drawbacks.
Or no bonus points.
But it isn't anything like psionics.
Which in a way is spell points for casting.
With fewer points for lower level stuff and more points for higher level stuff.
Psionics is in the Community Package already.
