Changes and improvements

• Allows move to folder dialog to use last selected folder by default
• Shows empty view message when no characters or folders present in character select view

Bug fixes

• Fixes a display bug where iPads were showing modals in the top left of screen

Game mechanics

• SF - The Verces homeworld was missing Vercite as its native language.
• SF - Natural Weapons for the formian had the wrong description and weren’t letting the user select what damage type they wanted to do with an unarmed attack.
• SF - On NPCs, an incorrect error message saying "You've added too many items. The maximum is 2." could be displayed on the skills table on the Play tab and on the Character Summary panel.
