If usually the exclamation mark is used to denote
not in most programming languages. Army builder
has a fairly distinct base in C, does it not?

as in 'a != b' would be the value of a not equal
the value of b. i still haven't dinked around
with AB that much on that level yet though, so i
could be wrong.
