Whenever I try to logon to my laptop, I get a message that the account is already logged in. When I continue I get a "Unable to Connect" message.

I know that the password is correct, as I get a different message when trying to connect with a different password.

I can log in on my desktop PC without any problems, it seems to only be an issue with my laptop.

Does anyone know what to do about this? I already reported it to support, but I am in a bit of a hurry as its gaming night tomorrow, so I'm hoping anyone here can help
