HLC already has the Investigators Handbook (since Jan 2019) - see the first stickied post in this forum, but its an additional package. (It looks like it has occupations.)
HLO only supports PF2, Starfinder and Shadowrun at this time. Lone Wolf have said they should eventually port existing HLC systems over to HLO, but it doesn't look like its going to happen any time soon. There is no discount.
