I just tried logging in with your account info, and it worked like a
charm. How are you attempting to do things? You should be doing the
following:
1. Go to
www.lonewolfdevel.com.
2. Scroll down the page and select the option "Update Management for Data
File Authors".
3. Enter the username and password that you gave to us when we setup your
author account.
If you do the above and things still aren't working for you, then
something weird is going on, because it all just worked perfectly for me.
And I used YOUR login info, just in case something was messed up with your
particular account. :-)
