Some employer's will fire you (to the extent that your absence falls outside the protections of FMLA), but not all.
And I believe, but don't quote me, that Rob is the chief cook and bottle washer, aka the owner of the company. So, little bit hard to fire yourself. LOL.. I could be wrong...
