The ball is rolling.
I'm repurposing my C&C Ruleset and making it for 13th Age.
Right now it will display your Attributes, and let you set them anywhere from 3 to 18.
It adds the Racial modifies and correctly computes the attribute modifier.
(So, with that it's allowing you to choose a race, but not a class quite yet)
