Oh heck yeah Army Builder for the iPad would be great. I just got an iPad 2 and I have been busy scanning my Codex's and Rule books to PDF to have them on the fly when I go to play at my local retailer. I think if you get out an iPad version quickly you will make a killing in fact I predict it will sell more copys that the current licensed numbers.
JUST DO IT its a win win situation you make money and your customers are very happy and even more people buy into it.
