I'm a new user of Hero Lab for SW and I'm struggling to figure something out. How does a character with an arcane background acquire a new power. I keep looking through the list and can't find a New Power Edge in any lists.
Can someone help me - I realise this sounds really basic. I've just searched everywhere I can think of and can't find anything.
