In the editor, switch to the Custom Abilities tab, and then use the "New (Copy)" button to find one of the existing patrons. Ignore the message about not being able to copy it - just add it anyway. Then you can create a new ability on that tab, switch back and forth between it and your copy of the existing patron, and copy all the settings (changing the list of spells itself to what you want to use).
