Hmm, Card Vault has a few limitations that made implementing the decks
appropriately difficult. Each card can be assigned a deck that it can go
into and then there is a sideboard which can contain cards from any deck.
What that means is that there is no way to create a card that can be placed
in 4 different decks even though Card Vault supports having that many decks.
Until that feature became available I decided it was more important to
have the Crusade Pile. The starting hand can be simulated by sorting those
cards to the top and although I hardly use a sideboard, the notes field can
be used to store those cards. Not the best solution, but a solution. In
the meantime I'll continue to lobby Rob until he relents and allows me to
implement as many decks as I want.

The B5 data does need some work -- I need to make the traits like
Corporate searchable and add some statistics. I'm definitely up for
suggestions.
