Each .por file saves the sources in addition to the character Picks. So at one time you had a source named "En5ider 15 - Strands of Life" which is now gone from your HL. Each character saved will give this error until you save the character again (after dirtying the portfolio) or do a
Portfolio->Strip Missing Sources and save the .por file.
