Inside Army Builder itself, go to the "Army Builder" menu.
The second item should be "View Updates" (or "NEW UPDATES AVAILABLE").
Click that option. That will get you a dialog box with a list of all available updates.
Click the line that says "Lord of the Rings" to select it, and then click the "Download" button.
