As a dwarf, I wish we could take multiples like this, but, no.
That is what the entire entry line of "Multiples of this Ruin have no effect" is for when it is used for single use ruins (that and to forbid cheese monkeys from using two at the same time :roll: )
Compare this entry to the one for the Ancestor Ruin (also a single use, morale type ruin).
The AB file is correct in this regard.
