On Thurs. (Jan. 14th) we will be taking Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales server down for maintenance at 10:00 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC). Expected duration of downtime is 20 minutes. Our store/account management website will be unavailable for a little while after the initial 20 minutes.
UPDATE: We are investigating an issue and will be down a few extra minutes but we hope to be back up in a few minutes.
UPDATE: Sorry for the delay, Hero Lab Online and Realm Works are now back up.
UPDATE: Our account/sales server is now also back up.
