I'm very sorry - it turns out you had been doing what I orignally suggested - we just weren't communicating that fact properly. The error is actually in the code I wrote for Dazzling Display, and I'm working out how to fix it now.
I apologize for answering too quickly when I said it wasn't working for not following my instructions. I should have realized the error you reported wasn't the one you'd expect from setting the "restrict to..." option to "Picks on Hero".
