I was able to assign 300 to the Value field and have it work. For some reason, it didn't register correctly the first time, but I changed the value a few times and it seemed to be ok after that. Not sure what the initial problem was, but if it still isn't working for you, I would just try changing the Value to 100 then back to 300.
