I don't have enough information yet to help you yet. Does making those career, race and specialization choices give you a fixed list of skills at fixed ranks? Or does each give you a list of skills to choose from, and the user adds ranks to some or all of them?
Are the skills from the career independent of those from the race and the specialization?
