If a feature sounds like something lots of folks could find useful, it will
definitely be put on the todo list. The number of folks asking for it (or
the anticipated utility of the feature) dictates the priority placed on it.
We can't do everything all at once, so we have to do the things that will
add the most value for the most users first.

We can't think of everything here. And we all use the product in our own
ways, so what works great for one person won't work as well for someone
else. If someone's got a good idea, we want to know about it so that we can
get it added to the product.

In my opinion, this just makes obvious sense. :-) It's a bit scary when
this seems to be an uncommon view among developers.
