Three of the problems are:
1. Sharing the info publicly in RW's format will step on LWD's toes.
2. It will step on Paizo's toes.
3. It will cast shadows on, and possibly harm, LWD's agreement with Paizo.
Technically, as long as you're in full accordance with the terms and conditions of the OGL, you're in the clear. If anything seems out of place, you might find yourself on the receiving end of a cease and desist letter.
Then you'll have a decision to make.
