First I assume you are familiar with the current rules for army creation from GW. This new warband model has been implemented in the current LotR datafiles. To add warriors you need to be following the rules for creating warbands.
First select a hero for the warband and add that model to your army list.
Second, under the available options for the warband, you should note an option to add warriors. By clicking this, you should be presented with a new selection window with the available warrior units that may be added to a given warband.
Please let me know if these directions still do not help you with the datafiles and we can try another method for walking you thru the current implementation of the files.
The only "hobby" GW is interested in is lining their pockets with your money.
