Limited scope for names

For the purposes of linking it should be possible to set a name to only link to other topics that share the same suffix or that share the same tag, defined by the user.

The idea would be to allow names to link normally inside an adventure or dungeon etc. but to otherwise be excluded from the linker. Common names like stairway and kitchen otherwise become a real problem as realms increase in size.

Another option: Linking only among topics under the same parent.

I made a bit-part character named "Rocky" like six years ago, and I'm still paying for it! For cases like that, this would be great—or even better, an option to just exclude a certain object from all auto-tagging.

You can exclude a name from all linking. Go into Manage Names and set the priority tonever. I'm not close to my PC so maybe someone can post the step by step.
