Update: We've narrowed this down a bit. Creating a vehicle on it's own (as a GM might) works fine, but vehicles which are minions are missing the options as described. Still investigating.

Any updates? Last I checked, vehicles for riggers absolutely do not work correctly. I submitted a bug report and also made a topic about this, as it's been several months and I didn't see this post originally.
