I'll have a datafile author investigate. I'm seeing the mounts and mods just fine here, but it could be that I have "special access" because I'm a developer or something. Hang tight.
Update: We've narrowed this down a bit. Creating a vehicle on it's own (as a GM might) works fine, but vehicles which are minions are missing the options as described. Still investigating.
