Ah. I will be honest with you. Card Vault is a product that has had declining support for some time and I know there are definitely some datasets which do not seem to actively update anymore. Contact
support@wolflair.com and see if they can solve your problem. If all else fails, Lone Wolf does have a money-back guarantee, but often support can help you. It could still be a technical issue, but my suspicion is that the database may not be actively updated.
