There's a forum thread for
Spheres of Power, but unfortunately the person who's meant to be responsible hasn't been active for a long time. Try posting there - or search that thread - and you might get assistance.
That said - you may not have the most up-to-date file(s) or installed them in the wrong order. I'm guessing your second screenshot is a huge list of errors because HL hasn't loaded ANY user files after the first error.
