Yea, I got the same error:
"Hero Lab encountered an unrecoverable error, and must now exit.
The error was: An unhandled exception was thrown.
(c:\vss\frame\utilplus\.\poolmap.cpp,line 191, error code 0xfffffc19)"
But I have a lot of user files and can't seem to track down where it's coming from. So I started deleting user files in the hope to track it down. What I found is that it seems not to be with any certain file, but a limit to the number of files it can handle. I have assumed it was just my PC can't handle that many user files, but IDK.
Anyways, I just delete what user files I didn't need and it all loads fine.
