I got a similar error to TehBagder using the Mac downloader - wouldn't complete, gave a "trace/BPT trap" error. Emailed
support@wolflair.com, but when I hadn't got a response five days later, decided to try running the Windows downloader instead under Parallels on my Mac. That worked, and it was able to complete the download. Files work just fine with the Mac version of Hero Lab.
Thought I'd mention that possibility for anyone else who's having trouble with it on a Mac.
