There is no official support for AD&D 2e, nor is there expected to be.
There is currently no community support for AD&D 2e.
The closest you can come, officially, is the d20 system which is based on the OGL content for D&D 3.5.
If you want to go through the time and trouble to learn the ins and outs of the authoring kit, you can always design your own 2e system. But this would be a long-term project, neither quick nor easy.
