I am a fiddler-level user to be honest, so pardon me if this is a simple fix that I am just not seeing.
I am trying to add a Tool Set (thieves' tools in this instance) that gives a +1 bonus to the use of that proficiency. How do I do this? I have looked all over the fields and sections trying to find a way to add a simple +1...
