Correct on the warp scroll. (If you want to fix this yourself, just edit skaven.dat, find the line that starts <item id="bskWarpScr" name="Warp Scroll" ... and modify the cost from "50." to "35.")
Incorrect on the scavenge pile. Page 1 of the errata, released 3/2010, states that multiple characters can take the same item from the scavenge pile, but only one of each item in the scavenge pile can be taken by any given character.
