That is just the "free" stuff or "CORE" campaign stuff for FGG games. I "think" you still have to buy the Razor Coast specific package from the FGG website.

Please note that the "Fire as She Bears" ship building rules I added to the "
Pathfinder Community Pack" sometime ago. Once activated you add the "Ship" as a race on the background tab and can then add addition features as "Gear" items.
