After the 3.7 upgrade, this is the Target of my Hero Lab Manual start menu entry:

No such file exists. I do have an hpmanual.htm, and this appears to be the correct file.
I suspect the file is misnamed in the installation package.
The Hero Lab Tutorial start menu link is also broken. It points here:

I do have an hptutorial.htm
And the same problem with the Hero Lab Authoring Kit link.
